Choice of Fire Retardant Treated Timber

DRICON is a Humidity Resistant (type HR) fire retardant treatment suitable for interior and weather protected exterior applications with or without a coating to the fire treated timber or plywood. It can only be used in an external situation prone to direct wetting if a well maintained protective coating/paint/stain is applied. Ensure the coating to be used is compatible with DRICON fire treated timber/plywood as appropriate.

NON-COM Exterior is a Leach Resistant (type LR) fire retardant treatment suitable for exterior or severe damp situations without the need for a protective coating. However an approved coating can be applied if required. Ensure the coating to be used is compatible with NON-COM Exterior fire treated timber.
